The secret is ripe bananas and orange juice. No need for a mixer!

Ingredients:
– 3 or 4 ripe bananas, mashed
– 2/3 cup sugar
– 1/3 cup melted butter
– 2 tablespoons orange juice
– 1 teaspoon vanilla
– 1 egg
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
– Preheat the oven to 375°F (175°C)
– Mash bananas in a big bowl
– Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla, egg and orange juice into the mashed bananas
– Mix in the flour and baking soda (make sure the baking soda is well mixed into the flour before incorporating)
– Pour mixture into a buttered and floured 4×8 inch loaf pan
– Bake for 50 minutes
– Cool on a rack
– Remove from pan and slice to serve
